FAQ
- What does "landed price" or "DDP" mean?
- DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. Every price you see already includes US import duties and shipping to your door, so the amount at checkout is the full cost -- no separate customs bill arrives later.
- What is the difference between Fast and Standard?
- Fast ships by air and typically arrives in 15-25 days at a higher unit price. Standard ships by sea and typically arrives in 50-75 days at a lower unit price. Both are DDP.
- What is MOQ?
- MOQ (minimum order quantity) is the smallest number of units you can order for a given product and shipping mode. Prices step down at higher quantity tiers, but you cannot check out below the MOQ.
- Do I need a resale certificate, and what about sales tax?
- If your business qualifies for a sales tax exemption, upload your state resale certificate in Account. Once approved, sales tax is not charged on qualifying orders. Without an approved certificate, sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Are lead times guaranteed?
- Lead times are estimates based on typical supplier and carrier performance, not guarantees. Actual delivery can run faster or slower depending on the season and the destination.
- Can I cancel an order?
- You can request a cancellation only while an order is still in the "paid" status, before it has been placed with the supplier. Once the supplier order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled.
- How do refunds work?
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original card. Partial refunds are possible; the order timeline reflects the refund once it is processed.
- Where do these products come from?
- Every product is sourced from vetted overseas suppliers that we work with directly. We do not drop-ship from unknown or unvetted sellers.
